    Importance of morning walk.


    A morning walk is a boon for health.There are many benefits fo mornings walk.One gets fresh and cool air with lot of freshness.It keeps oneself away from pollution .It is a light exercise.Many people who know its importance have daily morning walk.For them morning walk is a must.
    I take walk every morning with my friend Nagesh.He is my neighbour.We walk along the road.This road leads out of the city.Sometimes we sit in a park on the way.We see the first rays of the sun touching the earth.Dew dropes on the grass look like diamond.We see the green leave
    s of the trees whispering in the wind.The birds leaving their nests and flying away in every direction .
    When we  return from morning walk I find a lot of changes in myself.My mind and body are refreshed I feel more energetic.A morning walk gives a start to our day.and your ?
